At Portx Infotech Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with Vespo. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds for our Shopify application.
1. Free Plan
Vespo offers a Free plan that allows you to test our service at no cost. We encourage all users to start with the Free plan to evaluate whether Vespo meets their needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store or downgrading to the Free plan. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan (or deactivated if the app is uninstalled)
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service Issues: If Vespo experiences significant technical issues that prevent you from using the service for an extended period
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for services you did not authorize
- First-Time Users: If you upgraded to a paid plan and request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription, we will provide a full refund
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused searches or product limits
- Downgrading to a lower plan (you'll retain access until the end of your billing period)
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your Shopify store URL
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Shopify's billing system. The refund will appear on your Shopify invoice and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
